Puppy Love Dog Boutique Shipping and Returns Policy

Here at Puppy Love Dog Boutique we try to ship as soon as possible depending on stock availability.

We will immediately notify you if an item is currently unavailable or will take longer to ship.

If possible we will ship the same day!
Most orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days and then shipped.

If we anticipate a delay, we will contact you by phone or email. (Please make sure this information is correct upon checkout)

Shipping costs are calculated at a flat rate of $6.99 for most orders. Make sure to check the sizes of your pup to make sure our clothes will fit them correctly. If a return is in order, it will be the customer's responsibility to send it back to us. We can either refund your money or send you the correct size. Please be aware that heavier items such as dog beds, crate covers, and some trendy dog carriers will cost more to ship. We will notify you before if this is the case.

Note that heavier items will display as a $25 shipping rate; however, on these items we will only accept the payment of how much the item actually cost to ship. Due to our site shipping options we have to do this to make sure all heavier items shipping costs can be calculated accurately. This is the efficient way to know exact shipping charges so you don't overpay!

So don't worry if the shipping seems like too much, it will be the correct amount when we accept the payment.
